MVA identifies this program for Maryland license applicants with a license from another country, or only an Armed Forces license, subject to its listed exceptions. Check MVA’s guidance for your situation before enrolling. RSDEP and the Driver Improvement Program are different requirements.

- Complete three hours of required instruction, presentations, videos and knowledge checks.
- Receive your coursework acknowledgement and book supervised final testing.
- Complete required testing and verification, then follow staff instructions for completion reporting.
Public previews do not earn course credit. A coursework acknowledgement or an appointment booking is not final program completion.
